I just read the coolest article in The New York Times. The special education teacher was being interviewed and was asked, 'What are you going to do when the student is really upset?' And she said, 'There's only one question to ask: Do you want to be helped, heard, or hugged?'
I thought, 'God, what a great question, right?'
So the article went on to say that the author kept doing it with her marriage, her husband, and it's a game changer. I was thinking, 'God, what a simple process.'
So again, 'Do you want to be helped, heard, or hugged?'
This thought for the day could change your life. Who knows? Right?
